Fujitsu, Nanya Seek Consolidation Of DRAM Case

Law360, New York (July 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fujitsu Ltd. and Nanya Technology Corp. have sought to consolidate their patent and antitrust disputes over computer memory technology weeks after a Guam district judge transferred Nanya’s suit to California, where Fujitsu’s suit is already playing out.

The two parties proposed Friday that the two actions be consolidated in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California because they deal with the same patent and antitrust matters, but disagreed over which causes of action the court should proceed with first.
