Compuware Claims IBM Stole Trade Secrets To Destroy Company

Law360 (February 17, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- Attorneys for Compuware told a jury that IBM stole its trade secrets as part of a plan to wipe out the software maker, as the trial phase got underway in the closely watched trade-secrets and copyright infringement lawsuit.
