BP Loses Bid To Quash Gas Lease Stakeholder Claims

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 7:41 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Kansas on Tuesday largely denied BP America Production Co.'s request to throw out claims brought by a class of gas lease stakeholders seeking royalty payments, finding that previous legal disputes did not render the allegations moot.
