Calif. Court Reverses Tainted Onion Coverage Rulings

Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 8:25 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday struck down rulings in favor of Great American Insurance Co. in a coverage dispute over a deadly hepatitis outbreak caused by tainted onions, saying a jury needed to weigh the evidence in the case.
