Law360, New York (July 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- DLA Piper LLP has once again moved for a court order to force a former employee to undergo a psychiatric examination, after she allegedly failed to comply with a judge's earlier ruling in her race and gender discrimination lawsuit against the firm.
