9th Circ. Should Block EPA's Nanosilver Approval: NRDC

Law360, New York (January 26, 2012, 6:09 PM EST) -- The National Resources Defense Council asked the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to block the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of use of nanosilver in textiles, saying the agency doesn't yet have the legally required data about its potentially harmful effects on humans and wildlife.
