Calif. Atty Can't Dodge Memory Supplement Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 7:31 PM EST) -- A California appeals court ruled Thursday that a Ropers Majeski Kohn Bentley PC attorney who released a YouTube video trashing a memory supplement cannot use a state statute designed to protect against meritless and harassing litigation to dismiss a defamation case, affirming a lower court's ruling.
