CIT Backs Lowered Duty For Chinese Valve Co.

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 6:33 PM EST) -- An anti-dumping case filed by Zhejiang DunAn Hetian Metal Co. Ltd. over front-seating service valves from China wrapped up Friday, when the U.S. Court of International Trade affirmed the results of a remand to the Department of Commerce that yielded a lower duty rate for Zhejiang.
