PG&E Fined $17M For Neglecting Pipeline Leak Surveys

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 10:16 PM EST) -- California utility regulators on Friday fined Pacific Gas & Electric Co. $16.8 million for failing to perform natural gas pipeline surveys required by a new enforcement program created in the wake of a deadly September 2010 explosion of a PG&E pipeline in San Bruno, Calif.
