US Slams Enviros' Criticisms Of $2B Calif. Power Project

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 10:03 PM EST) -- The federal government on Friday fired back against environmental groups' complaints surrounding the construction of a $1.9 billion, 117-mile transmission line in Southern California, arguing before the Ninth Circuit that the project had been extensively analyzed and approved for environmental safety.
