Flynt Brother's Former Attys Try To Squelch Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 30, 2012, 8:55 PM EST) -- Former attorneys for Hustler founder Larry Flynt's brother asked an Ohio federal court Monday to toss a multimillion-dollar malpractice suit alleging they mishandled his rights to the Hustler name, among other issues, saying the claims are baseless because Jimmy Flynt doesn't own a stake in his brother's porn business.
