A&P Exec Discriminated Against White Worker: Jury

Law360, New York (July 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A jury has found that a black senior executive at the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. fired a white male manager based on his race and threatened to “get rid of all the white boys” in a move to “diversify” the staff.
