Ex-Mayer Brown Associate's Race Bias Claims Survive

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 1:57 PM EST) -- A North Carolina federal judge ruled Friday that a jury should hear the claims of a former associate in Mayer Brown LLP's real estate group that she was fired due to racial discrimination, but also refused to nix the firm's counterclaims.
