No Defense Owed To Law Firm In 3 Suits: Insurer

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 5:46 PM EST) -- Carolina Casualty Insurance Co. asked a Connecticut federal court Tuesday to rule that it has no duty to defend Greene Law PC against three state court lawsuits targeting the firm and its lawyers over issues including a dispute over mortgage loan debt.

The insurer alleges that Gary J. Greene failed to disclose on insurance renewal forms the fact that Greene Law and mortgage servicer Servicing Oversight Solutions LLC were sharing office space and expenses, constituting a material misrepresentation.
