Citing Concepcion, 11th Circ. Vacates BB&T Arbitration Ruling

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 4:13 PM EST) -- Following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on the validity of arbitration clauses, the Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday reversed an earlier decision allowing a consumer class action against Branch Banking & Trust Co. to proceed and remanded the case for further review.
