Samsung Can't Shorten Briefing Time In Apple IP Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (January 31, 2012, 8:18 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday refused to grant Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s bid to speed up briefing concerning additional information the company hopes will help invalidate Apple Inc.'s patents for the iPhone and iPad as Samsung continues to defend its smartphone and tablet devices.
