Judge Orders Hynix To Produce Joint Defense Agreement In Rambus Patent Suit

Law360 (February 21, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A California federal judge has made a discovery ruling that orders South Korean memory chip maker Hynix Semiconductor Inc. to provide U.S. chip designer Rambus with details of a joint defense agreement by DRAM manufacturers targeted by Rambus in a series of patent lawsuits.
