Blue Shield Agrees To Cover Autism Therapy In Calif. Suit

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 9:15 PM EST) -- Blue Shield of California Life and Health Insurance Co. has agreed to begin providing immediate coverage of an autism treatment method to settle an enforcement action brought by the California Department of Insurance, the department announced Tuesday.
