ITC Eyes Dumping Duties On Chinese Granular Magnesium

Law360, New York (February 1, 2012, 9:25 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched a sunset review to ascertain whether doing away with an anti-dumping order on granular pure magnesium from China would hurt the domestic industry, it said Wednesday.

The ITC asked interested parties to respond to the notice regarding the Chinese pure granular magnesium review, published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, by March 2.
