7 Convicted In NY Presbyterian Hospital Kickback Plot

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 7:04 PM EST) -- A New York jury on Thursday convicted three contractors and four men of conspiring to defraud New York Presbyterian Hospital in a kickback scheme to award millions of dollars' worth of asbestos abatement and construction contracts.
