Fla. AG Can't Appeal Robosigning Subpoena Ruling: Court

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 10:18 PM EST) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday refused to allow the state's attorney general to ask the Florida Supreme Court if law firms' alleged participation in robosigning, associated with unlawful foreclosures, is covered by the state's deceptive and unfair trade practices law.
