GM, Ford, Others Off Hook In Tire Pressure Patent Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 3, 2012, 7:39 PM EST) -- General Motors Co., Ford Motor Co. and several other prominent automakers on Friday dodged a patent infringement suit in Texas over tire pressure sensor technology following a Federal Circuit ruling last year that derailed MHL Tek LLC’s lawsuit.
