Appeals Court Goes Along With Ruling Against Workers

Law360 (July 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court upheld a lower court ruling Wednesday concerning the retirement plan for union employees of Siemens Corp. and CBS Corp., saying that the workers were not entitled to a benefit of the plan because they had decided to work for the company that bought their former employer.
