ATF Has Longer Firearm Import Permits In Its Sights

Law360, San Diego (February 3, 2012, 9:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is seeking to extend the one-year term for import permits for firearms, ammunition and defense articles to two years, according to a Federal Register notice published Monday.
