Chinese Solar Co. Barred From Using 'Sun Earth' Mark

Law360, New York (February 6, 2012, 7:51 PM EST) -- A California federal judge granted a preliminary injunction against a Chinese solar products maker in a trademark case Friday, forcing the foreign company to stop using the "Sun Earth" name in the U.S., where it is already used by plaintiff SunEarth Inc.
