Jersey City Entitled To Sue Over Embankment Sale: DC Circ.

Law360, New York (February 6, 2012, 7:16 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday reversed and remanded a lower court's dismissal, for lack of standing, of a suit brought by Jersey City, N.J., against Consolidated Rail Corp. over the sale of the Harsimus Embankment, saying the city is entitled to sue for a review of the sale by the U.S. Surface Transportation Board.
