Lawmakers Question Practicality Of Waste Storage Plan

Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 4:03 PM EST) -- The leader of a presidential panel admitted to Congress on Wednesday that he could not guarantee the federal government could find a community willing to store the nation's nuclear waste following the abandonment of the Yucca Mountain site.
