Creekstone Meat Packers Win Early Class Cert. In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (February 6, 2012, 7:32 PM EST) -- A Kansas federal judge granted conditional class certification on Monday to a group of Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC slaughterhouse workers who say their employer denies pay for downtime, saying that the “lenient” burden for preliminary certification had been met.
