Judge Vacates Insurer Win In Sex Abuse Coverage Fight

Law360, New York (February 7, 2012, 3:56 PM EST) -- An Illinois appeals court on Monday reversed a decision granting summary judgment to Pennsylvania General Insurance Co. in the insurer’s lawsuit seeking to avoid claims by a Chicago-area Catholic organization at the center of a child sex abuse scandal.
