Stay Approved In Bone-Fusing Staple Patent Dispute

Law360 (July 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted a stay in the patent dispute between medical device maker BioMedical Enterprises Inc. and InteliFuse Inc., agreeing to halt the case until the court rules on BME’s motion for summary judgment, the company said Thursday.
