BioMed Realty Brings In Mass. Office Space For $119M

Law360, New York (February 7, 2012, 6:12 PM EST) -- California-based BioMed Realty Trust Inc. has agreed to buy three office buildings in Cambridge, Mass., for about $119 million in order to expand its life sciences portfolio, the company announced Monday.

The real estate investment trust said it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire the property, known as Cambridge Place, which has about 287,000 square feet of space. The seller and other details of the deal, which is expected to close later this month, were not disclosed.
