Aerofil Denies Liability In Stand 'N Seal Case

Law360 (July 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A company caught up in the controversial Stand 'N Seal multidistrict product liability litigation has denied responsibility for alleged injuries suffered by users of the grout sealer, saying it packaged the product, but didn't make it.

Aerofil Technology, one of a slew of defendants in the case, has denied claims of negligence, breach of warranty, strict product liability and consumer product safety violations over the aerosol tile spray manufactured by Roanoke Companies Group Inc.
