Citigroup Analyst Accuses Co. Of Shirking OT Pay

Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 6:38 PM EST) -- Citigroup Inc. was hit Monday with a proposed collective action by a financial analyst accusing the banking giant of denying her and other similar employees overtime wages after a 2011 investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor allegedly found that several employees had been misclassified.
