GSA Details Security Roles For Cloud Computing Acquisitions

Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 10:17 PM EST) -- The U.S. General Services Administration released guidelines Tuesday detailing how its program to speed up cloud data acquisitions across the government will be implemented, with a special security role reserved for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

The document, known as the concept of operations, is related to the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, or FedRAMP.
