Rambus V. Infineon Rematch Set To Open In Virginia Court This Week

Law360, New York (February 27, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- The closely watched retrial of chip designer Rambus Inc.’s patent infringement lawsuit against German memory chip maker Infineon Technologies AG is set to open in a Virginia courtroom this week.

On Monday afternoon, Rambus and Infineon attorneys are expected to discuss procedures for the upcoming trial with U.S. District Judge Robert Payne in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
