Builder Seeks To Block Town Vote On Grand Canyon Project

Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 11:13 PM EST) -- An Italian developer planning to build a 2-million-square-foot retail and housing development in a small town near Grand Canyon National Park sued the town Wednesday after residents resisted the plan by trying to put certain town rules relating to its plan to a vote.
