Contractors Oppose DOL's 7% Disabled Work Force Rule

Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 2:31 PM EST) -- Several contractor groups submitted public comments Tuesday opposing a new rule that would require federal contractors to hire more disabled workers, saying the U.S. Department of Labor's proposal to reach a 7 percent disabled work force was "unworkable."
