9th Circ. Melts Enviros' Case Against Ski Resort's Fake Snow

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 5:05 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by environmentalists trying to stop an Arizona ski resort from expanding and making its own snow, calling the suit a gross abuse of the judicial process.
