Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 9:25 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Thursday said that evidence of harassment of one racial group does not necessarily reflect a hostile work environment for employees of other races if they do not show evidence of a larger culture of frequent hostility in the workplace.
