Apple Targets New Samsung Devices In IP War

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 5:36 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Wednesday continued its global crusade against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., raising infringement allegations in a new California federal court case accusing its industry rival of utilizing Apple patents in portable media devices.

The suit says that Samsung has since August introduced to the market new smartphones, media players and tablets that violate patents used in Apple's iPhone, iPod and iPad devices.
