Obama Announces Compromise On Birth Control Rule

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 2:26 PM EST) -- The White House on Friday offered accommodations to religious groups that objected to a new rule requiring employers to include free contraceptive care in their health care plans, saying insurance companies and not religiously affiliated organizations will need to provide the coverage.
