Glass Co.'s Bondholders Can Try To Collect $85M: Judge

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 5:54 PM EST) -- A New York state judge refused Friday to curtail efforts by hedge fund affiliates to collect $84.5 million in unpaid bond interest from affiliates of bankrupt Mexican glassmaker Vitro SAB de CV, even though American automakers warned that the efforts could disrupt their supply chains.
