NY Leads 11 States In Charge Over EPA's 'Lax' Soot Rules

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 7:29 PM EST) -- New York and 10 other states filed suit Friday seeking to force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to revamp its national air standards for soot after the agency missed an October deadline to revise current “lax” standards, New York's attorney general said.
