Feds Reject Lampoon CEO's Attack On Wiretap Evidence

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 1:18 PM EST) -- After defending its use of wiretaps against dismissal motions filed by National Lampoon Inc. CEO Timothy Durham, who is charged in Indiana with running a $230 million criminal scam, prosecutors responded Friday to motions to suppress wiretap-related evidence at trial.

Durham and two other Fair Financial Co. executives, Rick D. Snow and James F. Cochran, were hit with a criminal complaint in March that alleges they operated a $230 million investment scam through Fair Financial.
