Loan Officers Buttress Claims Against Wells Fargo

Law360 (July 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Just days after seeking class certification, plaintiffs in the overtime pay litigation pending against Wells Fargo & Co. asked to file an amended consolidated complaint on Friday, saying they discovered new information to support their claims.

In their motion, the plaintiffs said that discovery had revealed useful facts about the bank's corporate structure as well as the job duties and pay structure involved in the “home mortgage consultant” position, the job classification at issue in the case.
