Virginia Judge Tosses Out Rambus Patent Suit Vs. Infineon

Law360 (March 1, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a move likely to create waves throughout the memory chip industry, a federal judge in Virginia has thrown out Rambus Inc.’s patent infringement claims against memory chip maker Infineon Technologies AG because the U.S. chip designer destroyed documents in anticipation of the case.
