San Francisco Sues Feds Over Lax Gas Line Enforcement

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 7:10 PM EST) -- San Francisco's city attorney filed suit against the federal Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration on Tuesday, alleging the agency failed to enforce natural gas pipeline safety rules, contributing to unsafe conditions and the deadly 2010 explosion of a PG&E Corp. gas pipeline in San Bruno, Calif.
