WG Receiver Can't Claw Back $25M From Sun Life: Judge

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 6:48 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday tossed claims against Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada by the receiver for WG Trading Investors LP and denied its bid to recover $25 million in excess investment returns Sun Life allegedly received from WG before its executives were charged in a fraud scheme.
