$41M Punitive Award In Engle Case Too High: Fla. Court

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 5:40 PM EST) -- A Florida appeals court on Tuesday ruled that a jury's punitive damages award of $41 million, out of a total $46 million award, to a widow who blamed R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. for her husband's death was excessive.
