Ill. Contractors Scammed Minority Set-Asides: Feds

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 8:29 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors are accusing two owners of Chicago-area construction firms of using their companies to fraudulently grab millions of dollars' worth of government contracts meant for businesses owned by minorities, women and other disadvantaged groups, according to cases made public Tuesday.
